6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our apps—including logos, code, artwork, interfaces, text, AI models, designs, and branding—is the property of QuickShort Ltd or its licensors, protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Reuse, rehost, or reproduce any proprietary content without written permission.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You may have the opportunity to upload or create content through our platforms (e.g., using DropPoint integrations, AI artwork, mastering tools, or comments).

By submitting content, you:

Warrant that you own or have permission to share the content.
Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt the content to deliver the requested functionality.
Acknowledge we may remove content that violates laws, infringes IP, or is harmful.

8. APIs and Third-Party Integrations
